贋復假牙科提供的治療包括口內不良補綴移除、固定式假牙、部分活動式假牙、全口活動式假牙、人工植牙贋復假牙、全口美觀改善及咬合功能重建。兒童牙科提供的治療包括口腔衛教及預防保健、口腔問題診斷及治療、全身麻醉下進行牙科治療。為了提供特殊需求者更完善的口腔照護,於105年建置雲嘉南地區唯一之「特殊需求者牙科示範中心」。齒顎矯正科於本院1988年6月創院時,即為當時牙醫部的其中一個專科,目前為衛福部通過的專科醫師訓練機構。牙髓病科臨床特色嚴謹的治療流程、符合國際先進水準的治療設備。牙周病科是台灣牙周病學會通過的訓練機構,從民國80年起,總共訓練出十二位通過正規考試的中華民國牙周病專科醫師。
